Are you lawyers?
RozoFinance staff handle the assessment, drafting, paperwork, and submission. For matters that require advocate-only representation (criminal cases, court appearances), we partner with an external Latvian advocate and disclose the partner upfront. Most of our customers' needs do not require an advocate.
What is the difference between you and a lawyer?
Lawyers typically bill by the hour. We charge a flat fee per task, quoted in writing before you commit. For routine paperwork — fines, appeals, residency letters — there's no benefit to paying hourly. For complex litigation we bring in a partnered advocate at their rate, disclosed upfront.
Can you help with criminal cases?
No. Criminal cases require a court-admitted advocate in Latvia. We can refer you to one of our partner advocates if you need that.
How fast do you respond?
WhatsApp assessment within 24 hours, usually same working day. Once we're on a case: a written reply within 48 hours unless the matter requires research, in which case we tell you the timeline upfront.
