We explain what is involved and what we need from you. You decide after you have seen it.

We prepare the documents for you to sign, for a new company or for the transfer of a ready-made one.

Company registered

We file with the official registry and follow it through until the company is yours.

Before you start

What we will ask you for.

Have these ready and the setup moves faster. Not sure about something? Ask anyway. We tell you exactly what applies to your setup.

  • Passport or ID card for every owner and board member
  • Two or three name ideas, in case your first choice is taken
  • What the company will do
  • Who owns which share, and who sits on the board
  • Your address in the country, or our legal address service
Common questions

Frequently asked.

Which country should I choose?
It depends on what the company will do, where you live and where your customers are. Tell us your plans and we will explain the practical differences between Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania before you decide.
Do I need to live in the country?
No, foreigners can own a company in all three countries. What changes is how documents are signed: online with an accepted e-signature (in Estonia, for example, the e-Residency card), or on paper. Some setups also need a local contact person or address. We tell you what applies to you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the country, the company setup and whether you need a legal address, so we don’t list prices on the page. Send an enquiry and you get a written quote that lists everything before you commit.
How long does it take?
The registries themselves are quick: usually a few working days once the application is filed. Preparing documents and paying in the share capital comes first. Your quote includes a realistic timeline.
What is a ready-made company?
A company that is already registered and ready to be taken over. You buy the shares, the board is changed to you, and the change is registered with the official registry.
What is a legal address and do I need one?
Every company needs a registered address in the country where it is registered. If you don’t have an office there, you can use our legal address service.
